1. Your Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Magnet Mania (the "Game"), published by Magnet Mania ("we," "us," "our"). By loading or playing the Game you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Game — we respect that decision.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you are playing on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. About the Game

Magnet Mania is a free, physics-themed arcade game set in a junkyard. Bolts, gears, wrenches, coins, and gems fall from a crane above, and you attract them using a giant electromagnet.

• Completely free to play — no purchases, in-app payments, subscriptions, or premium content
• Non-violent — suitable for players of all ages, including children
• No gambling mechanics whatsoever — no loot boxes, spin wheels, random paid rewards, or wagering of any kind
• No account required — open the page and play immediately
• Privacy-respecting — your score stays in your browser only

3. Who Can Play

Anyone can play Magnet Mania. We impose no minimum age because we collect no personal data and require no registration. We warmly welcome players of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels. If you are the parent or guardian of a young player, we encourage you to join them — it is genuinely fun for everyone.

4. Your Licence to Play

Magnet Mania grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Game solely for your own non-commercial entertainment. This licence permits you to:

• Play the Game on any device with a compatible browser
• Share the Game's URL with anyone you like
• Record or screenshot your own gameplay for non-commercial, personal sharing on social media or elsewhere

This licence does not transfer any ownership of the Game or any of its components to you. All rights not expressly granted remain ours.

5. Fair Play Obligations

To protect the experience for all players and the integrity of the Game, you agree not to:

• Use any bot, script, macro, auto-clicker, cheat engine, or other automated tool to manipulate scores or gameplay
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game without our prior written consent
• Distribute, sublicence, sell, rent, or commercially exploit the Game or any of its content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, infrastructure, or any related system
• Introduce malware, viruses, destructive code, or anything else harmful into the Game's environment
• Use the Game in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in connection with the Game

Violation of these obligations may result in us taking steps to prevent your access to the Game, to the extent technically feasible.

6. Our Intellectual Property

All code, design, artwork, text, sound design, and other materials that make up Magnet Mania are the intellectual property of Magnet Mania or are used under licence. This includes the name "Magnet Mania" and any associated logos or marks.

Emoji characters displayed in the Game are rendered by your device or platform vendor and are not our intellectual property; they are used here under their respective platform licences.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You are a player, not a co-owner.

7. No Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time. Your use of the Game is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Magnet Mania and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, arising from or relating to your use of the Game.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100). Because the Game is free, this cap is ordinarily zero.

Some jurisdictions do not permit exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by local law.

9. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We will not introduce fundamental changes to these Terms without reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Game after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you object to any change, your sole remedy is to stop using the Game.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law without reference to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be addressed first through good-faith direct negotiation between you and us. If that fails to resolve the matter within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall proceed to binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules, or — where arbitration is not legally permitted — to the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose. Claims brought after that period are permanently barred.

11. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, read together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Magnet Mania regarding Magnet Mania and supersede all prior discussions, representations, and understandings on the same subject.
